The hard part was already solved. People wanted in.
What Thriftcon didn't have was a repeatable way to open a new city, fill it, and do it again somewhere else a month later.
Colorado, both coasts, and two international markets, all running the same playbook.
Now the #1 vintage convention in the world.
Enough volume to make Thriftcon the largest vintage convention in the world by attendance.
Show content that sold the next market before tickets there ever went live.

Three years of work, in the order it happened.
We repositioned Thriftcon from a Colorado thrift show into a touring cultural event. New identity, new story, and a reason for a city to care before the trucks ever showed up.
We built the repeatable version: how a new market gets scouted, seeded with local vendors, and sold out. The same playbook ran in 22 cities across two countries.
Every show got activations built for the crowd already in the room. Photo moments, drops, and programming people posted without being asked, which is what sold the cities that hadn't happened yet.
Over 50M views generated by treating every show as a shoot. Recap content sold the next city while the last one was still being swept up.
Four major brand partnerships activated, bringing budget and reach that ticket sales alone were never going to fund.
