Developed a documentary and social series exploring the raw, unfiltered world of Michelin-starred dining at BRUTO, while amplifying Byron Gómez’s social presence and driving sponsor and partner visibility.
I partnered with Top Chef alum Byron Gómez and the team at BRUTO to create a cinematic documentary and social series that revealed the uncompromising, often unseen world of Michelin-level cooking. Focused on themes of brutalism in food, near zero-waste practices, fermentation, and extreme rawness, the project told the story of Byron stepping into BRUTO just after its Michelin star win — and the immense pressure of maintaining that standard.
Beyond the documentary, we expanded Byron’s digital presence with highly engaging social content and leveraged the momentum to spotlight sponsor and partner collaborations in a way that felt authentic, not commercial.
